FastMeUp is a product of superabundance, a sole proprietorship owned by Nitish Guglani, registered in India (GSTIN 07ARCPG7726J1ZO), with its principal place of business at Flat 1/2/3, DLF Building, Cinema Complex, Opp. Savitri Cinema, Greater Kailash II, New Delhi, Delhi 110048, India ("superabundance", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through FastMeUp, why we collect it and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address and password.
- Profile and fasting data: fasting schedules, fast history, goals and any optional details you add, such as weight.
- Community content: posts, comments, messages and group activity.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe or the app stores. We receive only limited details such as the last four digits of your card and your billing country.
- Device and usage data: device type, app version, IP address, and how you use the Service, collected to keep it secure and improve it.
2. How we use it
- to provide the Service, run your fasting tracker and power community features;
- to process subscriptions and send receipts;
- to send reminders and service messages (you can turn reminders off);
- to keep the Service safe and prevent fraud or abuse;
- to understand usage and improve FastMeUp;
- to meet legal and tax obligations.
3. Health-related information
Fasting data and optional details such as weight can be sensitive. We use them only to provide features you ask for, we never sell them and we never share them with advertisers.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers who help us run FastMeUp, such as hosting, email and analytics providers, under contracts that protect your data;
- payment processors such as Stripe, Apple and Google, to handle payments;
- other members, but only the profile and community content you choose to share;
- authorities, when required by law.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may store or process data outside your country, including in India and the United States. We take reasonable steps to keep your data protected wherever it is processed.
6. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records, such as invoices, for legal or tax reasons.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, download or delete your data, or object to certain uses. Email admin@fastmeup.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account from within the app.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and trusted providers to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
9. Children
FastMeUp is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will notify you of significant changes by email or in the app.
